Payment and Security
~	Payment is through PayPal, therefore issues relating to payments lost or not received will be mediated through PayPal.
~	Secure payment details are not available to me, they are supplied to PayPal through their secure server.
~	Contact details (postal address and email address) will not be passed on to any third party.
~	I would like to be able to contact you to let you know about new items, or offers on existing items; however, if you don't want to be contacted please advise me by email to info@wendy-damon.com and I will remove your contact details from my list.
Delivery and Postage
~	Books will dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
~	Carriage is by 'normal' airmail.
~	Postage prices are quoted with the item, for Europe (all European Union countries), and for the rest of the world (all countries outside of the European Union).
Returns and Refunds
~	Returns will be accepted if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, undamaged.
~	Refunds will not include P&P costs unless the item is faulty.
Copyright Issues
~	All books are copyright of Wendy Damon, and may not be copied, in whole or in part, by any means.
~	Books may not be re-sold unless complete and in the original cover.
